How much Shore Magic Collagen should I be taking each day?

We recommend 2 scoops, or 10 grams, of Shore Magic daily to experience the full benefits. For those treating injuries or illness, we recommend 2 servings, or 20 grams, per day at least 4 hours apart.

Do I have to take Shore Magic Collagen with food?

No. With 9 grams of bioavailable protein, Shore Magic Collagen is perfectly safe to consume on an empty stomach. That said, many of our customers enjoy 2 scoops of Shore Magic in their coffee, tea, smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, soup or even plain water. It mixes with any liquid or food, hot or cold.

Shore Magic Collagen should be kept in a cool, dry place. It does not need to be refrigerated. Our beautiful containers were designed to be displayed proudly on your countertop so you never miss a scoop of the Magic.

Can I exchange my Shore Magic product?

We are happy to offer a full exchange for another product of equal or lesser value if your product is still unopened. The item exchanged must be in the factory sealed original condition and packaging, free of any damage.

What is Shop Pay?

Can I skip my next subscription order?

Yes, you can simply choose to skip an order without canceling your subscription entirely here.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, although we are sad to see you go! Your subscription can be canceled up to 2 days before your next scheduled shipment. You can also pause your subscription temporarily.

To cancel, log in to your account by clicking here. On the homepage click on your active subscription. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Cancel This Subscription. You will have the option to either pause or cancel your current subscription.

When will my collagen ship?

When you first sign up for our Shore Magic subscription program, your first order will ship within 24 business hours. 

If you subscribed to our 30-day supply, it will auto-ship every 30 days after your first shipment.

If you subscribed to our 4-month supply or our 2 Pack of collagen sachets, it will auto-ship based on the interval you select when signing up.

Can I have the products shipped to me on a different schedule then what is available?

My whole family takes Shore Magic Collagen, can I have more than one subscription?

Absolutely! Just choose the quantity you would like to receive every month when checking out. 

If you and your whole family are taking Shore Magic collagen, we suggest signing up for our 4-month supply to be sent every 30 or 60 days. It’s a much better value! 

If you decide you need more collagen after signing up you can increase the quantity or change the order frequency.

Can I use a discount code with my subscription?

Our subscription program already offers 30% off every shipment. This cannot be combined with any other offers.

What if I have leftover collagen at the end of the month?

We recommend taking approximately 10 grams or 2 level scoops of the Shore Magic Collagen every day. 

Our 1 month supply has exactly 300 grams of collagen which will last approximately 30 days, just in time for your new collagen shipment to arrive. Our 4-month supply has exactly 1200 grams of collagen which will last approximately 120 days, unless you share it. 

If you still have more collagen left over, you can continue using it or share it with your friends and family. You can also skip a month anytime if needed.

If I receive a refund for a purchase, do I lose my points?

Yes, please note that rewards points will be deducted for any orders that are marked as canceled, refunded, voided, partially refunded, or returned.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points do expire after 12 months of getting them added to your account. 

Why haven’t my points appeared in my account?

Points are credited soon after your purchase.

If your points haven’t been credited, please make sure you were logged into your account when making the purchase or completing the activity. If everything looks good but the points are still missing, please reach out to us here, and we’ll investigate further.

Can I earn points from shopping at other retailers that carry Shore Magic?

Where can I see point balance?

You can see your Point balance on your Rewards Page once you log in to your account. 

How many points do I need to redeem for a reward?

Points required to redeem rewards will vary based on the type of reward you want!

For example 500 points may earn you $25 off your next purchase. You can always check your rewards balance to see what you can redeem.

Do Rewards Expire?

How do I redeem the free gifts?

How does the Referral Program work?

When you refer a friend using your custom link, you will receive $10 off your next order over $50. Once your friend successfully completes their first purchase over $50, you will get notified about your $10 off discount. 

Can I cancel or modify my reward once it’s been redeemed?

Once you’ve redeemed your points for a reward, it can’t be modified or undone. Make sure to double-check before applying your points.

How do I refer a friend?

Simply log into your rewards page here or this page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find your unique referral link and you can copy and paste to share to your community. Another way is to also input your friend’s email and they will get an email notifying that they received $10 to spend.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

There is no limit to how many friends you can refer to as long it is their first time purchase. You can only earn $10 off for every successful referral of a new customer.

When will I receive my $10 discount?

You’ll receive your $10 discount once your referred friend has made their purchase (over $50) and the order has been processed. You will be notified via email with your $10 off code. 

How do I find my $10 after I successfully referred someone?

Do my referrals have to spend a minimum amount to get the $10 discount?
