Here are a few of our favorite smoothie recipes for all your warm-weather needs. Enjoy!
Strawberry Pomegranate Green Smoothie
Ingredients (pink layer):- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (or fresh!)
- 1/2 cup coconut water (or non-dairy milk)
Blend until smooth and pour into a glass.
Ingredients (green layer):- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ frozen banana
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup coconut water (or non-dairy milk)
- 2 tbsp Shore Magic collagen powder
Blend until smooth and pour on top of the pink layer. Top with pomegranate seeds.
Berry Kiwi Smoothie
Ingredients:- 8 fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into chunks
- 5 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp honey, to taste
- 1 tsp flax seed (optional)
- ½ cup crushed or cubed ice
- 2 tbsp Shore Magic collagen powder
Add ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. If you’re using frozen berries or if the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little liquid at a time (such as water, almond milk, orange juice) until it is at the desired consistency.
Protein Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie
Ingredients:- 1 large banana (sliced, frozen)
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt (flavored or unflavored)
- ¾ cup skim milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Shore Magic collagen powder
Blend together the banana, cocoa powder, yogurt and milk. Add honey and peanut butter and blend again until smooth.
