Here are a few of our favorite smoothie recipes for all your warm-weather needs. Enjoy!

Strawberry Pomegranate Green Smoothie

Ingredients (pink layer):
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (or fresh!)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or non-dairy milk)

Blend until smooth and pour into a glass.

Ingredients (green layer):
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup coconut water (or non-dairy milk)
  • 2 tbsp Shore Magic collagen powder

Blend until smooth and pour on top of the pink layer. Top with pomegranate seeds.

Berry Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 8 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 5 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp honey, to taste
  • 1 tsp flax seed (optional)
  • ½ cup crushed or cubed ice
  • 2 tbsp Shore Magic collagen powder

Add ingredients to blender.  Blend until smooth. If you’re using frozen berries or if the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little liquid at a time (such as water, almond milk, orange juice) until it is at the desired consistency.

Protein Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 large banana (sliced, frozen)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt (flavored or unflavored)
  • ¾ cup skim milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Shore Magic collagen powder

Blend together the banana, cocoa powder, yogurt and milk. Add honey and peanut butter and blend again until smooth.
